随着"两宽一高"技术的广泛应用,地震队配备的采集设备数量逐年增加,对设备管理的效率和水平提出了更高的要求.RFID(射频识别)技术近年来在物联网和大数据技术的支持下,在零售、物流、制造和医疗等领域得到广泛应用,并显示出智能化和高效化的显著优势.聚焦于超级地震队的作业环境,提出在检波器串管理中应用RFID技术,以应对设备数量庞大、管理难度大以及作业过程中设备易丢失等挑战.介绍了RFID技术的具体应用方案,包括通讯距离的适应性、标签在埋深条件下的通讯可靠性,以及标签声光报警的可行性验证.此外,通过展望其在设备管理、轮检测试和生产过程等环节的应用,实现了地震队检波器串的精细化管理,为未来的工业化推广奠定基础.
Application of RFID Technology in Fine Management of Geophone String in Super Seismic Crew
With the wide application of"two widths and one height"technology,the number of acquisition equipment for seismic crew has increased year by year,which puts forward higher requirements for the efficiency and level of equipment management.In recent years,RFID(Radio frequency identification)technology has been widely used in retail,logistics,manufacturing and medical fields un-der the support of internet of things and big data technology,and has shown significant advantages in intelligence and efficiency.This paper focuses on the operating environment of the super seismic crew,and proposes the application of RFID technology in the man-agement of the geophone string to deal with the challenges of large number of equipment,difficult management,and easy loss of equipment in the process of operation.This paper describes the specific application scheme of RFID technology in detail,including the adaptability of communication distance,the reliability of tag communication under the condition of buried depth,and the feasibili-ty verification of tag sound and light alarm.In addition,by looking forward to the application in equipment management,round testing and optimization deployment in the production process,the fine management of geophone string in seismic team is realized,which lays the foundation for future industrial promotion.
