Feasibility Study on Reducing the Liquidity Guarantee of External Water-Bearing Sea Pipeline in an Oilfield
The offshore transport pipe P of platform H is 25.88km long, which transports liquids from two oilfields A and B,and be-longs to a typical oil-oil and oil-water mixed transport sea pipeline. At the early stage of production, due to the low temperature and high freezing point of crude oil,it was necessary to add point reduction agent to carry out pure oil transport. In the later stage, with the continuous development of the oil field, the water cut gradually increased, and it was necessary to use three external transport pumps for transportation, and the amount of preservative and scale inhibitor injected into the sea pipe increased accordingly.Based on the calculation of the processing capacity of the production separator and Sukhov formula, the flow guarantee of the sea pipe under different working conditions was theoretically analyzed, and the exported water cut was gradually reduced to about 5%through practi-cal demonstration. It not only effectively reduces the energy consumption of the platform and the load of the production system of downstream facilities, but also reduces the injection of chemical agents, achieving the purpose of energy saving and emission reduc-tion,green and low carbon, cost reduction and efficiency enhancement. It effectively ensures the safe operation of the offshore pipeline and improves the integrity of the offshore pipeline. At the same time,it provides a theoretical and practical basis for the guarantee of the fluidity of the offshore pipeline under the condition of low water content.
