Cause Analysis of Leakage Failure of Flexible Composite Conveying Pipe in an Oil Extraction Plant
Flexible composite conveying pipe is a kind of oil and natural gas industrial pipe fittings made of polymer composite mate-rial with certain high strength,high pressure,corrosion resistance,scale resistance,small friction coefficient,good thermal insulation,good flexibility and long life.However,due to the working conditions,environment and human factors,the leakage failure will occur in the use process,which poses a threat to the safety and reliability of the oil transportation system.In this paper,the leakage failure of the compound pipe lined with cross-linked polyethylene as the inner layer is taken as the research object,the characteristics of the damaged part of the pipe are analyzed,the technical detection is carried out and the causes of leakage failure are discussed,and final-ly preventive measures and production management suggestions are put forward to provide reference for safe production and operation of pipeline oil transmission.
