连续管喷射解堵工艺在注水井中的应用

塔里木盆地乌恰构造带阿克2井主要回注阿克莫木气田采出地层水,由于地层水处理不达标,注水井筒和地层发生堵塞,致使注水井无法完成配注要求,需要连续管进行油管内解堵施工作业.应用Φ44.45 mm连续管作业,制定高压射流及钻磨解堵清理油管内堵塞物的方案,经过水力学参数计算、喷嘴优化和井下工具串优化,确定适用的高压射流工具串和钻磨工具串;为保证射流速度及射流冲击力,持续改善液体性能,降低液体摩阻,提高施工排量,满足射流冲洗效果,成功解除油管内堵塞,达到了预期作业目的.该工艺为后续注水井解堵提供了技术方案和可借鉴的经验.
Application of Continuous Pipe Spray Unplugging Technology in Water Injection Wells
Aker2 well in Wucia structural belt of Tarim Basin mainly reinjected formation water produced from Akermom gas field.Due to the substandard treatment of formation water,the water injection wellbore and the formation were blocked,so that the injec-tion well could not complete the injection requirements,and the continuous pipe was needed for in-pipe unblocking construction.The Φ 44.45 mm continuous pipe was used to work out the scheme of high pressure jet and drilling and grinding to unblock and clear the blockage in the tubing.After calculation of hydraulic parameters,optimization of nozzles and optimization of downhole tool string,the suitable high pressure jet tool string and drilling and grinding tool string were determined.In order to ensure the jet speed and jet impact force,we continuously improve the liquid performance,reduce the liquid wear resistance,increase the con-struction displacement,meet the jet flushing effect,and thus successfully removes the blockage in the tubing,and achieves the ex-pected operation purpose.This process provides a technical scheme and experience for the subsequent plugging removal of water in-jection wells.
