苏里格气田苏19区块地质结构复杂,呈不连续、断层且多套产层状分布,刘家沟组地层承压低,容易出现井漏、坍塌等,二开水平井目的层固井质量达标率低,主要表现在套管偏向下井壁、居中度差、水平段岩屑清洁困难等.针对这一系列问题,为了确保二开水平井固井质量,通过开展水泥浆体系优化、前置液体系优选和评价、套管扶正器优选、钻井液性能的优化等,形成了改进固井工艺措施、提高循环洗井质量、控制水泥浆漏失、防止水泥浆环空水窜、扶正器优选和准确定位等一系列的优化方案,并经过现场试验与优化改进,形成了具有实用价值的苏19区块二开水平井固井技术.
Research and Application of Cementing Technology for the Second Horizon-tal Well in Block Su 19 of Sulige Gas Field
The geological structure of Su19 block in Sulige gas field is complex,which is discontinuous,faulted and distributed in multiple sets of production layers.The formation pressure of Liujiagou strata is low,which is easy to leak and collapse,and the ce-menting quality of the target layer of the second horizontal well is low,which is mainly manifested in the casing deviation to the down-hole wall,the poor moderate placement,and the difficulty in cleaning the cuttings in the horizontal section.According to a series of problems,in order to ensure two horizontal well cementing quality,by conducting slurry system optimization,optimization and evalua-tion of prerequisite system and the casing centralizer optimization,optimization of drilling fluid performance,etc.,a series of optimiza-tion schemes were formed,such as improving cementing technology measures,improving circulating well cleaning quality,controlling cement slurry loss,preventing water channeling of cement slurry annulus,optimizing and accurately positioning the centralizer,etc.After field test and optimization improvement,the cementing technology of the second horizontal well in Su 19 block has been formed with practical value.
