论创新油井管理的方法和途径

摘要
以作业区油井管理工作为背景,从创新制度有效性建设、创新油井管理团队建设、创新变化井管理、创新技术研究应用、创新护理措施管理、创新油井管理与数智化融合6个方面论述了创新油井管理的方法和途径,通过创新油井管理的方法和途径,实现经济效益提升,助推新型采油作业区模式改革建设,促进安全环保本质改善,实现作业区可持续高质量发展,为同业务油气生产单位提供一定的借鉴.
Abstract
With the background of oil well management in the operation area,this paper discusses the methods and approaches of in-novative oil well management from six aspects:effective construction of innovative system,construction of innovative oil well manage-ment team,innovative change well management,innovative technology research and application,innovative nursing measures manage-ment,innovative oil well management and integration of data intelligence.Through the innovation of the methods and ways of oil well management,the economic benefits can be improved,the reform and construction of the new oil production operation area mode can be promoted,the safety and environmental protection essence can be improved,and the sustainable and high-quality development of the operation area can be realized,which provides certain reference for the oil and gas production units with the same business.
