减少老油田异常高压井带压作业工作量的工艺技术及监督模式探索

针对老油田异常高压井带压作业工作量呈几何倍数增长的现状,为控制异常高压井带压作业增量,降低带压作业成本,提高带压作业施工质量,降低带压作业风险,通过梳理带压作业技术管理过程中存在的问题,形成带压作业管理制度,建立带压作业管理工作职责,精准核实带压前井口压力,完善带压工程设计,应用套管内防喷工具,加强风险识别和现场监督管理等7项具体措施,取得较好的效果.年带压作业工作量同比降幅达13.8%,带压比例降幅30.7%,节省带压费用972万元,减少异常高压井带压作业工作量成果显著.
Exploration of Process Technology and Supervision Mode to Reduce the Work-load of Abnormal High-Pressure Wells with Pressure Operation in Old Oil Fields
In view of the current situation that the workload of abnormally high pressure wells with pressure increases geometrically in old oil fields,in order to control the increment of pressure operation in abnormal high-pressure wells,reduce the cost of pressure op-eration,improve the construction quality of pressure operation,and reduce the risk of pressure operation,through combing the prob-lems existing in the process of technical management of pressure operation,the seven specific measures were established,including the formation of the management system of pressure operation,the establishment of the management responsibilities of pressure opera-tion,the accurate verification of the wellhead pressure before pressure operation,the improvement of the design of pressure engineer-ing,the application of blowout prev tools in casing,and the strengthening of risk identification and on-site supervision and manage-ment,achieving good results,namely,the annual workload with pressure being decreased by 13.8%,the proportion with pressure be-ing reduced by 30.7%,and the cost of pressure being saved by 9.72 million yuan.In a word,remarkable results have been achieved in reducing the workload of abnormal high-pressure wells with pressure.
