摘要
油田化学剂在油田勘探和开发中广泛应用,做好验收过程中质量抽样检验具有重要意义.针对油田化学剂交付的分立个体、包装散料、散装散料等不同形式,分别提出了适应的标准及相应的抽样检验方案,并进行了对比以便于选择.还提出了质量为非正态分布的油田化学剂应用计量一次抽样检验的解决方案.
Abstract
Oilfield chemical agents are widely used in oilfield exploration and development,so it is of great significance to do quality sampling inspection in the process of acceptance.According to the different forms of oilfield chemical agent delivery,such as discrete individual,packed bulk material,bulk bulk material and so on,the adapted standards and corresponding sampling inspection schemes are proposed respectively.and the comparison is made to facilitate the selection.The solution of one sampling test for application measurement of chemical agents in oil fields with non-normal distribution is also put forward.
