摘要
针对全厂750台水流量计无法校准与溯源的问题,通过引进便携式超声波流量计和现场水罐在线比对试验,建设水流量计离线校准装置,开展现场维修与供应商品筛选等措施计划,提升了水流量计准确度和运行时率.构建完整的水流量计校准链条,为油田注水开发提供准确数据,值得应用和推广.
Abstract
In view of the problem that more than 750 water flowmeters in the factory cannot be calibrated and traced,by introducing portable ultrasonic flowmeter and online comparison test of on-site water tank,building water flowmeter offline calibration device,and carrying out measures such as on-site maintenance and selection of supply commodities,the accuracy and running time rate of water flowmeter have been promoted.Constructing a complete calibration chain of water flowmeter provides accurate data for oilfield water-flood development,which is worthy of application and popularization.
