井下滑动密封超长冲程抽油机举升技术研究

油田开发进入中后期,随着低产低效油井的增多,举升问题逐步显现.受液面波动影响,现有抽油机举升供排不协调,无法保证油井稳定生产,且举升能耗高,造成明显能耗浪费;同时,低液量油井频繁无效举升造成杆柱偏磨、断脱问题频发,既增加了检泵作业成本,又影响了油井正常生产时率.针对这些问题,研制了新型井下滑动密封超长冲程抽油机举升技术,进行了结构创新和技术参数优化,解决了常规长冲程举升井口柔性光杆频繁破断问题.现场试验表明,该工艺技术简单实用、成本低,应用效果良好.
Research on Lifting Technology of Underground Sliding Seal Ultra-Long Stroke Pumping Unit
In the middle and late period of oilfield development,with the increase of low production and low efficiency wells,the problem of lifting gradually appeared.Affected by the fluctuation of the liquid level,the lifting supply and discharge of the existing pumping unit were not coordinated,which couldn't guarantee the stable production of the oil well,and the lifting energy consumption was high,resulting in obvious energy waste.At the same time,frequent ineffective lifting of low fluid volume wells caused frequent problems of rod wear and breakage,which not only increased the cost of pump inspection,but also affected the normal production rate of oil wells.In order to solve these problems,a new type of lifting technology of downhole sliding seal ultra-long stroke pumping unit was developed,and the structural innovation and technical parameter optimization were carried out to solve the problem of frequent breaking of the conventional long stroke lifting wellhead flexible rod..Field tests show that the technology is simple,practical,with low cost and good application effect.
