EXPLORATION AND PRACTICE OF SAFETY TRAINING IN DOWNHOLE OPERATION COM-PANY IN EPIDEMIC SITUATION
As an important part of enterprise safety management,safety training determines whether the enterprise can achieve high-quality and efficient sus-tainable development to a large extent.However,due to the requirements of the COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control,many places have restricted offline gather-ing activities,which has created great difficulty for the safety training work of enterprises,and also brought some challenges to the safety management work of enterprises.How to carry out effective safety training during the epidemic has become an urgent problem to be solved.Taking the safety training of Jidong Oilfield Downhole Operation Company as an example,this paper analyzes the current status of safety training,problems and countermeasures.It also expounds the opinions and views on the effective implementation of staff safety training during the epidemic.
