DISCUSSION ON THE CONSTRUCTION OF"NO WASTE OIL DEPOT"IN PETROLEUM TERMI-NAL SALES ENTERPRISES AND RELEVANT SUGGESTIONS
This paper introduces the related require-ments for the construction of"No waste oil depot"in the oil products sales enterprises and expounds the definition of"No waste oil depot".It analyzes on the present situation and existing problems of hazardous waste management in the oil depots.From the perspec-tive of meeting the legal and regulatory requirements for environmental protection,the paper proposed the management objective of"no waste oil depot"and re-lated suggestions and opinions on construction.
