ON STRENGTHENING THE MANAGEMENT OF EMERGENCY PLAN DRILL
Emergency plan drill is known as important work of enterprise safety management.In this study,according to the actual situation of the emergency plan drill of enterprises,the problems in the emergency plan drill were pointed out,and five countermeasures were proposed to strengthen the emergency plan drill.The first is to improve the early warning mechanism and en-hance the awareness of crisis;the second is to improve the emergency linkage mechanism and realize the shar-ing of resources;the third is to improve the command system and achieve the accurate command;the fourth is to improve the management system of emergency materials and provide sufficient emergency materials;the fifth is to improve the drill evaluation system of the emergency plan and revise the emergency plan timely and so forth.These countermeasures are made to im-prove the level of emergency drill and achieve the early discovery and disposal of possible emergencies as soon as possible so as to avoid their occurrence.
