Contractors have always been an important part of the safety issues affecting the company due to the varying levels of their own management and the team quality.In the process of promoting compliance operation,one company has gradually established a complete contractor management system.Based on the contractor management system of one company,special audit and inspection was carried out for the company's 7 subsidiaries.The special audit focused on the review of the status quo of contractor management and the im-plementation of contractor supervision responsibility of each business department of the company so as to find the problems in the supervision of contractors.Through continuous improvement,the company has further stan-dardized and strengthened the contractor management of the company and its subsidiaries and enhanced the risk management and control level of the company's contractors.
