ON-SITE SAFETY SUPERVISION AND MAN-AGEMENT PRACTICE IN GUANGDONG PET-ROCHEMICAL PROJECT
To enhance the on-site safety supervision and management and ensure the project to be safe,smooth and under control,China Petroleum Engineering &Construction Corporation has realized integrated safety management with focus on accurate on-site manage-ment.By utilizing on-site safety grid management,the territorial responsibility is made clear and the responsi-bility implementation is strengthened.By utilization of on-site safety control platform,the on-site safety super-vision online control is realized and quantitative safety performance assessment is performed.By management traceability of safety hazard issues,the root cause of hazards is found,so the unsafe behavior of people and unsafe state of surroundings are eliminated from the source.Through comprehensive application of the above safety supervision and management practice,the overall safety management of Guangdong petrochemi-cal project is stable and under control.
