DISCUSSION ON A KIND OF NOISE ELIMI-NATOR FOR CHEMICAL AIR SEPARATION UNIT
With the further acceleration of industrializa-tion in China,the development of chemical production is becoming more and more important,and the appli-cation demand of large-scale chemical air separation technology is also increasing.The noise of the air sep-aration unit in the existing chemical industry is large,which is easy to cause noise pollution.Meanwhile,it will cause health impacts on the operators such as noise deafness and other occupational diseases.The overall stability of the equipment is not so good and the impact of the force can easily loosen the fixed connections,posing safety hazards.This paper discusses a new type of noise eliminator for air separation unit which can provide more technical measures for reducing noise pollution and improving noise and vibration problems of chemical separation units effectively.
