ON DIGITAL SAFETY TRAINING PROJ-ECT SCHEME BASED ON "PETROCHINA E-LEARNING"
Digital training has become a new track of corporate training with the help of Internet technology,which has advantages such as flexible geographical and time selection and more diversified digital training resources.It provides every member of the enterprise the access to learning and reduces training costs greatly.The foundation of the new track is the rational plan-ning and utilization of the carrier function of the digital training project learning platform.There must be a sys-tematic thinking process in the management of the digi-tal training project,including the integrity of the design,the consistency of the operation,the objectivity of the"digital intelligence"data analysis and the rationality of the business price.Finally,this paper shares a success-ful digital safety training project.
