RISK ANALYSIS AND COUNTERMEASURE RESEARCH ON SAFE CONSTRUCTION OF NATURAL GAS GATHERING AND TRANS-MISSION PIPELINE
With the oilfield company speeding up the new journey of secondary development,the natural gas production scale has stepped into the refined manage-ment and continued to grow.However,during the con-struction of the natural gas gathering and transmission pipeline,the safety risk of the natural gas gathering and transmission pipeline construction is prominent due to the weak safety management of the construction unit,the different technical quality of the construction personnel and the insufficient management and control force during the construction process.Various poten-tial safety hazards found in the safety inspection of the natural gas gathering and transmission pipeline con-struction site directly exposed the serious safety risks and management loopholes in the construction process.This paper preliminarily discusses the difficulties in the construction of natural gas gathering and transportation pipelines,analyzes the hidden troubles in the construc-tion management and finds out the risks from the root.It puts forward the countermeasures to further standard-ize the construction safety management of natural gas gathering and transportation pipelines.
