Since the establishment of the PipeChina,it has vigorously promoted the construction of One Net-work in China.This paper expounds the significance of improving the safety and quality management of oil and gas pipeline engineering construction projects,summarizes the problems existing in the safety and quality management of oil and gas pipeline engineering construction projects covering low standards,old faults and bad habits,level of legal compliance management,personnel professional management ability,supervision of contractors,application of engineering management technology.It puts forward measures for improving safety and quality management of engineering construc-tion projects in order to improve the safety and quality management of engineering construction projects and achieve high-quality development of oil and gas pipe-line construction projects.
