污水反渗透浓水处理工艺设计、调试与应用分析

根据污水反渗透浓水的特点,选择高效生物脱氮池、ABR反应池、高密度沉淀池工艺.工程实践表明,该工艺通过控制高效生物脱氮池碳源投加量和DO、ABR反应池DO,以及高密度沉淀池药剂投加量,在硝化菌、反硝化细菌、特效菌种及絮凝剂的作用下,实现了氨氮、总氮、COD和磷的有效去除,出水满足《黑龙港及运东流域水污染排放标准》的特别限制排放要求.且该工艺具有一定的耐抗冲击负荷,能够适应原水水质的变化,出水水质保持稳定,具有运行费用低、操作安全等特点,具有一定的推广价值.
DESIGN,COMMISSIONING AND APPLICA-TION ANALYSIS OF TREATMENT PROCESS FOR SEWAGE REVERSE OSMOSIS CONCEN-TRATED WATER
According to the characteristics of sewage reverse osmosis concentrated water,the high efficiency biological nitrogen removal tank,ABR reaction tank and high density sedimentation tank are selected.Engineering practice indicates that the process has achieved effective removal of ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen,COD and phosphorus by controlling the amount of carbon source dosing and DO in the high-efficiency biological denitri-fication tank,ABR reaction tank DO,and the amount of pharmaceutical dosing in the high-density sedimentation tank under the action of nitrification,denitrifying bac-teria,special species and flocculants.And the effluent meets the special limit discharge requirements of Water Pollutant Discharge Standards for Heilonggang and Yundong River Basins.And the process has certain im-pact resistance load.It can adapt to the change of the raw water quality and the effluent quality remains stable.It's worthwhile to popularize this process with low operation cost,operation safety and so forth.
