ANALYSIS ON SOIL ENVIRONMENTAL IM-PACT ASSESSMENT OF ONSHORE OILFIELD DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION PROJ-ECTS
Through a systematic analysis of the en-gineering characteristics of oilfield development and construction projects,this paper discusses the main production and discharge nodes in the exploration and construction process of onshore oilfields.It analyzes and evaluates the nature and degree of soil environmen-tal impacts that may occur during the construction,op-eration,and retirement periods of oilfield development projects.The paper also studies the key and difficult points of soil environmental impact assessment of on-shore oilfield development projects after the implemen-tation of the new guidelines.It points out that the focus of soil environmental impact assessment of oilfield de-velopment and construction projects should be on soil environmental impact identification,soil environmental quality status evaluation,soil environmental impact prediction and soil environmental protection measures.
