APPLICATION OF LARGE OPEN GROUND TORCH IN YUHENG INDUSTRIAL PARK
This paper provides a brief introduction to traditional elevated torches and ground torches and an-alyzes their advantages and disadvantages in detail.It systematically elaborates on the structure and working principles of the open ground torch,as well as the com-plete set of process systems covering staged combustion system,fuel gas system,nitrogen purging system and smoke suppression steam system.From the actual oper-ation effect,the open ground torch is a good solution to the environmental technical problem of"black smoke"when the torch gas is released in large quantities in a short period of time.Meanwhile,the paper proposes the feasible optimization operation plans for the common problem of high nitrogen content in the flare gas sys-tem.
