DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF CHEMICAL CLEANING DYNAMIC SIMULATION EXPER-IMENT MEASUREMENT AND CONTROL SYS-TEM
With the rapid development of modern computer technology,convenient product develop-ment system plays an irreplaceable role in improving the design accuracy,shortening the design cycle,re-ducing the design cost and so forth.It has been widely applied in various industrial fields.Through the es-tablishment of chemical cleaning dynamic simulation experiment platform,this paper proposes a dynamic simulation experiment measurement and control sys-tem for industrial chemical cleaning that can automat-ically read,calculate and analyze experimental test data.This is helpful to reduce unnecessary human and material consumption in the actual operation process and reduce the generation of cleaning waste liquid,which is of great significance for energy conservation and emission reduction.
