页岩气聚磺钻井废液循环利用优化技术研究

非常规能源页岩气开发将有助于改善我国的能源结构,国家能源局将其纳入国家战略性新兴产业,是四川省五大高端新成长产业规划之一.钻井废液是钻井过程中最具有代表性的废弃物之一,其产生量大、成分复杂、处理成本较高,研究钻井废液的处理对钻井作业现场周边环境的可持续发展意义重大.研究结论表明:以钻井液表观粘度、塑性粘度、动切力和中压滤失量为主要指标,通过不同浓度影响因子对钻井液的性能影响研究,结合Design Expert中Box-Behnken模块数值模拟,确定聚磺钻井废液循环利用配制钻井液指标体系要求.
ON OPTIMIZATION TECHNOLOGY OF RECY-CLING WASTE FLUID FROM POLYSULFON-ATE DRILLING OF SHALE GAS
The development of shale gas,an unconven-tional energy source,will help improve China's en-ergy structure.The National Energy Administration of China has included it in the national strategic emerging industry,which is also one of the five high-end novel growth industry plans in Sichuan Province.Drilling waste fluid is one of the most representative wastes in the drilling process.The drilling waste fluid has the characteristics of a large amount of production,com-plex composition and high treatment cost.Therefore,study on the treatment of drilling waste fluid is critical for the sustainable development of the surrounding environment of drilling operations sites.The research results indicate that this research has taken the apparent viscosity plastic viscosity,dynamic shear force and me-dium pressure filtration loss of drilling fluid as the main indexes to study the influence of different concentration factors on the performance of drilling fluid.Combined with the numerical simulation of the Box-Behnken module in the software of Design Expert,the require-ments for the preparation of polysulfonate drilling fluid by recycling water-based drilling fluid are determined.
