"FIVE IDENTIFICATION AND THREE DETER-MINATION"RISK IDENTIFICATION METHOD FOR NEW EQUIPMENT AT THE GRASS-ROOTS LEVEL
Controlling the first type of risk sources and eliminating the second type of risk sources is the funda-mental of risk prevention and control.This paper provides a referential method to help the basic units of oil and gas production in the application of new equipment and new equipment risk identification and assessment,and gives the corresponding risk identification and prevention and control measures.The core is to provide a simple and clear template for risk identification of the basic level.The method takes the equipment body,power source,process-ing medium,operation process and maintenance operation as the main line to guide the operators to identify the risks of equipment and facilities and operation process,clarify the identification steps and provide the direction of mea-sures.It can also be used as reference for risk identification and assessment of existing equipment and facilities.
