APPLICATION OF EMERGENCY SYSTEM AND DIGITAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT IN RE-FINING AND CHEMICAL ENTERPRISES
In recent years,major and large safety acci-dents have occurred frequently in refining and chemical enterprises,which have a large impact on the national economy and people's safety.In order to improve the emergency response capability of refining and chemical enterprises under abnormal circumstances and ensure the safety of employees,environment and society,refining and chemical enterprises must establish well-developed emergency system and emergency plan.According to the actual situation of refining and chemical enterprises,this paper summarizes the development,implementation and management of emergency system and emergency plan,especially the application of digital emergency manage-ment in refining and chemical enterprises,as well as the advantages and development trend of digital emergen-cy management so as to realize modem management,improve the efficiency of emergency response to avoid safety accidents in refining and chemical enterprises and reduce environmental and property losses.
