APPLICATION AND RESEARCH OF"1+4+N"CONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT MODE IN GRASS-ROOTS UNITS OF GAS PRODUC-TION
In recent years,with the rapid development of gas field production and construction,the contrac-tor team has fully participated in various links such as production and operation,service assurance,etc.of the production unit.And the safety and environmental pro-tection risks and safety management risks brought by it have also been involved in the enterprise management and production site.At the same time,with the continu-ous improvement of the national two laws,the require-ments for safety and environmental protection have increased year by year.With the increasing difficulty in the supervision of the contractor team,how to institu-tionalize and standardize the management of contrac-tors by gas production units has become the core and difficulty of safety management.Therefore,grass-roots units of gas production must continue to explore,prac-tice,summarize and consolidate,and finally propose a"1+4+N"contractor safety management mode which effectively promotes the safe,efficient,and harmonious development of grass-roots units of gas production.
