This paper mainly introduces the operation status and problems of the tracing system in acrylic acid plant.It discusses and analyzes the feasibility of optimi-zation revamp of low temperature heat utilization of the plant.Through optimization revamp of the on-site pro-cess flow of hot water system and condensate system,the problems of tracing fouling and blockage in the hot water system and water hammer in the condensate sys-tem of the device are solved.This can eliminate the on-site safety hazards and achieve energy conservation and emission reduction.
