化工安全壳预应力损失影响安全性能的研究

在内压力环境下,时长压力损失对化工安全壳安全性的影响不容忽视,本项目拟从结构力学角度出发,研究在设计参考周期时长4年和6年压力下,化工安全壳结构的安全性.应用ABAQUS数值模拟技术,对大型容器进行三维精细化数值模拟,对内衬屈服、预应力筋屈服、混凝土裂纹扩展等力学行为进行数值模拟.在考虑了预加应力后,在有裂纹和有内衬破坏的情况下,容器能够承担的内压荷载均有所降低.在临界压力下,容器的形变显示出拱顶的外扩和拱顶的内扩;在极限压力作用下,圆顶区段受到了很大的损伤.
ON INFLUENCE OF PRESTRESS LOSS ON SAFETY PERFORMANCE OF CHEMICAL CON-TAINMENT VESSEL
In view of the fact that the influence of pres-sure loss on the safety of chemical containment vessel under internal pressure environment cannot be ignored,this project intends to study the safety of chemical con-tainment structures from the perspective of structural mechanics under the pressures of 4 and 6 years of the design reference cycle.ABAQUS numerical simulation technology is adopted to simulate the three-dimensional fine numerical simulation of large vessels,and the me-chanical behavior of lining yield,prestressed steel yield and concrete crack propagation are simulated.After considering the prestress,the internal pressure load that the container can bear is reduced in the case of crack and liner failure.Under the critical pressure,the defor-mation of the vessel shows the external expansion of the vault and the internal expansion of the vault.
