Chemical industry is an important pillar of national production,but there are many hidden dangers during the production process because of its complex process and the diversity of raw materials.There is a high probability of casualties.Based on the 24 Model theory,this paper analyzes the causes of explosion acci-dent occurred in Panjin Haoye Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.and puts forward some countermeasures to prevent and control the occurrence of chemical accidents and thus improving the safety performance of enterprises.
