等离子随即引燃火炬技术应用与研究

南海东部某气田分别于 2021年、2022年对某平台、终端原有 3套传统长明火炬进行了等离子随即引燃火炬技术改造,收到了良好的效果.原有火炬存在点火系统故障频繁、性能不稳定、吹扫燃料气消耗量高等问题.通过改造,自动化水平大大提高、点火系统稳定可靠、操作简便;降低了火炬运行安全风险,减少大量的碳排放.
APPLICATION AND RESEARCH OF PLASMA INSTANT IGNITION TORCH TECHNOLOGY
A gas field in the eastern part of the South China Sea conducted technical revamp of plasma in-stant ignition torches on three sets of traditional pilot torches at a platform and terminal in 2021 and 2022 respectively,and received good results.The original torches had problems such as frequent ignition system failures,unstable performance,and high consumption of purge fuel gas.Through the revamp,the automation is greatly improved;the ignition system is stable and reliable,and the operation is simple;the safety risk of torch operation is reduced;and a large amount of car-bon emission is reduced.
