摘要

金秋区块致密气是采取加砂压裂工艺进行开采的,在产出水中存在硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)、腐生菌(TGB)和铁细菌(FB)等微生物,研究并证明其存在微生物腐蚀风险,并针对该现象开展了微生物来源和微生物腐蚀控制措施的研究.自从采取控制措施后,截止目前各平台井井筒及集输系统均未发生微生物腐蚀失效现象.

Abstract

The tight gas in the Jinqiu block is extracted using sand fracturing technology,and there are microorganisms such as sulfate reducing bacteria(SRB),saprophytic bacteria(TGB),and iron bacteria(FB)in the produced water.The risk of micro-bial corrosion was analyzed and identified;meanwhile,the microbial source and the control measures for microbial corrosion were studied.Up to now,no microbial corrosion failure occurred in the wellbores as well as gathering and transportation systems at each platform.
