摘要

炼化设备服役工况复杂,由流动介质引起的腐蚀问题频发.计算流体力学(CFD)方法是一种流场数值仿真技术,其成本低、效率高,能提供可靠的流场信息,为设备腐蚀分析和腐蚀防护措施制定提供科学参考.该文介绍了 CFD技术的基本原理,概述了其在石化企业腐蚀问题分析、腐蚀风险与剩余寿命评估、设备参数与运行参数优化以及工艺防腐蚀措施优化等方面的应用现状,并对CFD技术的优势和不足进行了讨论.

Abstract

The operating conditions of refining equipment are complex,where the flow-induced corrosions occur frequently.Com-putational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)is a numerical simulation technology for flow fields that is cost-effective and efficient.It can provide reliable flow field information for both corrosion analysis and corrosion protection.The basic principles of CFD technology were introduced,and its application status in petrochemical enterprises were summarized regarding to its usage in the fields of corrosion analysis,corrosion assessment,residual life evaluation,parameter optimization and process anti-corrosion measures op-timization.Furthermore,the merits and demerits of CFD technology were discussed.
