基于风险的检验(RBI)技术在大型原油储罐群的应用

国家和商业石油储备基地有大量的大型原油储罐到期后需要检验,而从生产运行方面考虑却无法集中安排大量储罐开罐检验.通过对某大型原油储罐群开展基于风险的检验(RBI),系统识别了大型原油储罐的失效模式和损伤机理,计算得到储罐风险,制定了每台储罐基于风险的检验策略,将12台大型原油储罐首次检验周期由6~9年延长至8~13年,此举既降低了开罐检验频率,又提高了检验质量与效率.此项技术使得50年假定生命周期内预估节省检维修费用1.37亿元,相比传统检验模式,可节省检维修费用比例高达28.64%,经济效益显著.
Application of risk based inspection(RBI)technology in large crude oil tanks
A great number of large crude oil tanks in national and commercial oil reserve bases are close to expiry date,but tank inspection is unable to schedule centrally in view of continuous production.By conducting risk based inspection(RBI)on a group of large crude oil tanks,failure mode and damage mechanism of the tanks were identified,tank risk assessment was made,RBI strategy for each tank was developed.The first inspection cycle of 12 large crude oil tanks was extended from 6-9 years to 8-13 years,reducing the frequency of tank inspection and improving inspection quality and efficiency.It is estimated to save RMB 137 million maintenance costs in 50 years target lifecycle.Compared to traditional inspection modes,the proportion of ma-intenance cost savings is as high as 28.64%with tremendous economic benefits.
