Application of ferrous sulfide passivation cleaning agent in aromatics reforming unit
Ferrous sulfide is easily generated during processing,refining and storage of crude oil.When the unit is in an open state during maintenance,ferrous sulfide and oil stains attached to the surface of aromatics reforming unit come into contact with oxygen in the air,spontaneous combustion occurs.A kind of composite ferrous sulfide passivation cleaning agent was developed and applied industrially in pre-hydrogenation stripper and reflux tank of aromatics reforming unit.The performance of passivation cleaning and waste liquid discharging indicated that the agent not only has a good cleaning effect on ferrous sulfide scale layer,but also meets the safety and environmental protection requirement.By summarizing the production and cleaning process of passi-vation cleaning agent,future research and development direction was made,reasonable suggestions were proposed.
