某石化公司柴油加氢反应器差压变送器三阀组在使用过程中阀体连接螺纹根部发生断裂,对断裂部位进行了拆解、检测等失效分析,结果表明:开裂部位存在晶界变宽情况,即存在晶间腐蚀,在晶间腐蚀长期作用下,该部位易发生晶间应力腐蚀开裂;同时阀体材料不符合标准的要求,组织中存在的条带状碳化物进一步加速开裂的发生.针对这种失效情况,提出了相应的防护策略.
Fractures occurred at the root of valve body connection thread during the use of three-valve manifold of differential pressure transmitter in diesel hydrogenation unit reactor of a petrochemical company.Through disassembly,testing and failure analysis of the fracture parts,the survey revealed that there is widening trend of grain boundary at cracking area and presence of intergranular corrosion.Under the long-term influence of intergranular corrosion,intergranular stress corrosion cracking is apt to develop.In addition,the material of valve body can't meet the standard requirements;strip carbides in organization further ac-celerate the cracking.In view of the situation,specific protection strategies were advised.
