东胜气田井筒O2腐蚀评价与防护对策研究

膜分离制氮气举技术是东胜气田积液井、水淹井排出积液进而恢复产能的重要手段之一.但目前移动式膜分离制氮技术制取的氮气中O2体积分数为5%左右,随着注入次数、注入量的增加,井筒管柱的O2腐蚀问题愈发严重.该研究通过高温高压动态腐蚀试验明确了东胜气田腐蚀影响规律.试验表明:含O2环境下,N80材质腐蚀速率稍大于P110材料;浸没程度对O2腐蚀速率的影响为全浸没>半浸没>未浸没.据此优选抗O2腐蚀缓蚀剂,室内评价试验表明:钼酸钠+葡萄糖酸钠型缓蚀剂缓蚀率达90%以上.现场3 口试验井均取得了较好的缓蚀效果,最大缓蚀率达73.33%.
Evaluation and protection of O2 corrosion in wellbore of Dongsheng gas field
Membrane separation technology for nitrogen production is one of the important means for the recovery of production capacity through the discharge of accumulated liquid and water flooded wells in Dongsheng gas field.But currently,the mobile membrane separation technology produces nitrogen with an O2 content of about 5%.With the increase of injection frequency and injection amount,the problem of O2 corrosion in the tubing string becomes more and more serious.The corrosion mechanism of Dongsheng gas field was clarified through high-temperature and high-pressure dynamic corrosion tests.The results showed that the corrosion rate of N80 material was slightly higher than that of P110 material in the environment containing O2,and the influence of immersion degree on the O2 corrosion rate was:full immersion>semi immersion>non-immersion,based on which the optimal O2 corrosion inhibitor was selected.Indoor evaluation tests displayed that the inhibition rate of sodium molybdate & sodi-um gluconate was over 90%;meanwhile,3 on-site test wells achieved good inhibition effects,with a maximum inhibition rate of 73.33%.
