The production process of melamine was introduced in detail,the main damage mechanism of the device was analyzed,and the risk assessment of the pressure vessel and pressure pipeline in the plant was carried out.The risk evaluation results can accurately reflect the actual risk level of the device,which provided a basis for risk identification,inspection and detection,hid-den danger investigation,and hierarchical management of equipment in the melamine unit.
