Failure analysis of coupling diaphragm fracture in catalytic main fan
The fracture of coupling diaphragm in catalytic main fan can affect the normal operation of equipment.Analysis was conducted on the cracked part of coupling diaphragm such as macroscopic morphology analysis,microscopic morphology observa-tion,chemical composition determination,metallographic structure analysis,hardness analysis,etc.Reasonable solutions and suggestions were proposed for the safe operation of the unit in the future.
