摘要

某企业2#制氢装置中变气换热流程中的一段三通支管(S32168奥氏体不锈钢)在使用一年多后在焊缝和母材上发现有多条裂纹存在.对开裂的焊缝部位和母材进行取样,通过化学成分分析、金相观察、断口观察和硬度测试分析,发现断口处存在氯离子、硫离子等应力腐蚀开裂敏感介质,裂纹为穿晶扩展,尖端分叉较少,较为圆钝,断口还存在明显的贝壳纹.判断三通支管开裂是氯离子导致的应力腐蚀开裂以及疲劳导致的开裂,同时介质中的硫化氢对材料开裂有一定的加速作用.

Abstract

Multiple cracks were found in S32168 austenitic stainless steel welding seam and base material of conversion gas three-way pipe in 2# hydrogen manufacturing unit after it has been in use for more than a year.Samples were taken from the cracked welding seam and base material.By adopting research approaches like chemical composition analysis,metallographic observation,fracture observation and hardness testing analysis,it is found that there is stress corrosion cracking sensitive medium at the fractures such as chloride ions and sulfur ions.The crack is transgranular extension with less forks at the tip and it's relatively round and blunt.There are also obvious shell patterns on the fracture surface.It is proved that the three-way pipe cracking is result from stress corrosion cracking and fatigue which caused by chloride ions,and hydrogen sulfide in the medium accelerated the cracking process.
