纳米硅酸锂杂化聚合物在石化混凝土修复中的应用

混凝土是石化企业设备中最常用、最经济的建筑结构材料,然而随着服役年限的增加,带来了安全风险并影响企业外观形象,高质量保护层是提高钢筋混凝土耐久性的重要措施.基于聚合物纳米超支化关键技术,制备了混凝土防碳化材料,设计形成"纳米带锈转锈底漆/反应型渗透封闭底漆+防碳化中间填充层+防碳化耐候面漆"体系方案及配套的施工技术,在石化企业沉淀池外壁的应用结果表明,混凝土修复层表面平整美观、无明显外观缺陷,干膜厚度满足设计要求,修复层抗压强度≥35 MPa,附着力≥1.5 MPa,未发生碳化现象.此外,纳米硅酸锂杂化聚合物防碳化体系为水性体系,减少了 VOC排放,环保效果明显,具有良好的社会效益.
Application of nano-lithium silicate hybrid polymer in petrochemical concrete repair
Concrete is the most commonly used and economical building structural material in petrochemical equipment.Howev-er,more safety problems are being faced along with the increasing service life.High quality protective layer is an important meas-ure to improve durability of reinforced concrete.Based on key technology of hyperbranched polymer,concrete anti-carbonization material was prepared,and a set of system scheme and supporting construction technology of"nano rust-to-rust primer/reactive penetration sealing primer+anti-carbonization middle filling layer+anti-carbonization weathering resistance topcoat"was de-signed.The experimental results on outer wall of sedimentation tanks in petrochemical enterprise showed that the surface of con-crete repair layer is flat with no obvious defects,dry film thickness is capable of achieving design requirement,compressive strength of repair layer≥35 MPa,adhesion ≥ 1.5 MPa,no carbonization phenomenon occurs.In addition,nano-lithium sili-cate hybrid polymer anti-carbonization system is water-based system that reduces VOC emissions,brings significant environmental protection effects and achieves good social benefits.
