Slurry-bed residue hydrogenation is an advanced technology in the field of heavy oil deep processing.Two sets of 3 Mt/a slurry-bed residue hydrogenation units have been put into operation in a domestic company,along with organic molybde-num catalyst precursor preparation unit,which can achieve self-produced supply of catalysts for the two sets of units.Catalyst production process technology uses acetic anhydride,isooctanoic acid,and molybdic acid as raw material to produce molybdenum octanoate with a mass fraction of 15%molybdenum as catalyst precursor for slurry-bed residue hydrogenation unit.At the same time,acetic acid is produced as byproduct.The corrosion environment of process system is relatively complex.During catalytic agent production process,corrosion leakages frequently occurred in catalyst precursor preparation unit.These corrosion cases were described and analyzed.Countermeasures were put forward accordingly.
