碳钢在CO2与Cl-介质交互作用下腐蚀行为研究

主要研究了 20号碳钢管线材料在包含CO2和不同Cl-浓度的溶液体系中的腐蚀行为.通过采用电化学、化学浸泡法以及一系列表征技术,从多角度分析了 Cl-与CO,共同作用对管线材料腐蚀行为的影响.试验结果表明:在Cl-溶液体系中,碳钢的腐蚀速率呈现出相对较低的数值,且随着Cl-浓度的增加,其腐蚀速率呈现先增大后趋于平缓的趋势;当Cl-与CO2两种介质共同作用时,将导致碳钢腐蚀速率显著增加.从电化学试验角度来看,阻抗与极化测试结果均与浸泡测试得到的腐蚀速率的结果相一致,阻抗和极化测试结果表明Cl-与CO2两者共同作用可以使得碳钢容抗弧半径显著减小,并伴随着腐蚀电流密度的显著增加.
Research on corrosion behavior of carbon steel under the interaction between CO2 and Cl
The paper focus on the corrosion behavior of No.20 carbon steel pipeline material in solution system containing CO2 and different concentration of Cl-.The influence of combined action of Cl-and CO2 on corrosion behavior of pipeline material was analyzed by applying electrochemistry testing,chemical immersion as well as a series of characterization techniques.The ex-perimental results revealed that the corrosion rate of carbon steel shows a relatively low value in Cl-solution system.And with the increase of Cl-concentration,the corrosion rate shows an upward trend at first and then tends to be gentle.The combined effect of Cl-and CO2 will significantly increase the corrosion rate of carbon steel.From the perspective of electrochemical testing,im-pedance and polarization testing results are consistent with corrosion rate results of immersion testing.Impedance and polarization testing results indicated that the combined effect of Cl-and CO2 can remarkably reduce arc radius of carbon steel capacitive re-actance,accompanied by a considerable increase in corrosion current density.
