Research on corrosion rules of X52 steel in aqueous solution containing H2S
H2 S corrosion behavior of X52 steel under different conditions(temperature,H2S concentration,NaCl concentration,medium flow rate)was studied by high-pressure reactor.Corrosion rate and surface corrosion product morphology of the samples were evaluated and analyzed.The experimental results showed that:(1)corrosion rate increases with the increase of temperature when temperature is below 60 ℃;corrosion rate decreases with the increase of temperature when temperature is higher than 60 ℃.The surface of samples transform into a corrosion product film with good protection,strong adhesion and high density;(2)the increase of H2 S concentration has no obvious effect on corrosion rate;(3)corrosion rate decreases with the increase of NaCl concentration;(4)corrosion rate increases with the increase of medium flow rate.
