氯离子对316L在FCC烟气氨法脱硫环境中腐蚀的影响研究

摘要
催化裂化烟气氨法脱硫装置吸收塔浓缩段、吸收段和氧化段中存在氯离子浓度高的腐蚀介质,会导致较为严重的腐蚀问题,影响装置的长周期运行.该文采用电化学和浸泡试验的方法,考察了 316L不锈钢在模拟工况下的耐缝隙腐蚀、点蚀和均匀腐蚀性能,确定了 316L不锈钢在该环境下的氯离子浓度适用范围.研究结果表明:对于吸收段和氧化段(不超过60 ℃)与浓缩段(不超过65℃),氯离子质量分数标准边界为11 000 μg/g,极限边界为14 000 μg/g.
Abstract
There are corrosive medium with high-concentration chloride ions in concentration section,absorption section and oxi-dation section of absorption tower in FCC flue gas ammonia desulfurization unit.The existence of chloride ions may cause serious corrosion problems and affect long-term operation of the unit.The methods of electrochemistry and immersion test were applied to investigate chink corrosion resistance,pitting corrosion and uniform corrosion of 316L under simulated working condition.Appli-cable range of chloride ion concentration for 316L was determined.The studies indicated that for absorption section,oxidation section(≤ 60 ℃),and concentration section(≤65 ℃),the standard boundary for chloride ion concentration is 11 000 μg/g,and its limit boundary is 14 000 μg/g.
