摘要
对27家炼化企业的防腐信息化管理工作进行了调研.从在线腐蚀监测系统的应用、腐蚀监测数据的管理、防腐管理平台的开发与应用等三个方面阐述了当前炼化企业防腐信息化管理对预防装置腐蚀风险、消除腐蚀隐患和保障装置长周期安全运行的重要作用和意义,对其存在的在线腐蚀监测覆盖不全、信息孤岛多、防腐管理平台数据种类不全与管理功能不完善以及防腐专业人力资源短缺等问题进行了讨论,并提出了分三个阶段实现智能防腐的建议及未来发展前景.
Abstract
A survey was conducted on the anti-corrosion information management work of 27 refining enterprises.From the utili-zation of online corrosion monitoring system,the operation of monitoring data,as well as the development and application of anti-corrosion management platform,the important role and significance of anti-corrosion information management in refining enterpri-ses to prevent corrosion risk,eliminate corrosion hazards and ensure the long-term safe operation of the equipment were elabora-ted.Meanwhile,the problems of incomplete online monitoring coverage,multiple information isolated islands,insufficient data types and functions of anti-corrosion management platform and shortage of corrosion professionals were discussed.Furthermore,suggestions for implementing intelligent anti-corrosion system in three stages and its future development prospects were proposed.
