海上油田某注水井油管短节腐蚀穿孔原因分析

摘要
海上油田某注水井油管短节发生了腐蚀穿孔.通过宏观形貌观察、化学成分分析、硬度测试分析、金相组织分析、腐蚀产物微观形貌观察和成分分析、有限元分析等方法对失效油管短节腐蚀原因进行研究.结果表明,该油管材质符合标准要求,该油管短节内壁发生了 CO2腐蚀;由于油管结构规格的变化,该3.5英寸(8.89 cm)腐蚀穿孔油管短节处于4.5英寸(11.43 cm)变扣短节的下端,穿孔管柱内流体流速增大且产生湍流,所以导致油管短节冲刷腐蚀;CO2腐蚀和冲刷腐蚀共同作用是造成油管短节发生穿孔的根本原因.
Abstract
Corrosion and perforation occurred at the tubing pup joint of a water injection well in an offshore oil field.The corro-sion causes were studied by means of macroscopic morphology observation,chemical composition analysis,hardness test,metal-lographic structure examination,microstructure observation and composition analysis of corrosion products,as well as finite ele-ment analysis.The results indicated that the material of tubing met the standard requirements;CO2 corrosion occurred on the in-ner wall of the tubing pup joint.Due to the change in the structure of tubing,3.5"corroded pup joint was located at the lower end of 4.5"tubing joint,causing an increase in fluid flow velocity and turbulence in the perforated pipe,which led to erosion and corrosion of the pup joint.The combined effect of CO2 corrosion and erosion corrosion was the fundamental reason for the perfora-tion of tubing pup joint.
