摘要

大型储罐是保障石油储备和国家能源安全的重要设施,由于其长期在苛刻环境下服役,易产生多种安全隐患.为保障储罐的长周期安全运行,罐区多方位、高频次、动态式及数字化的检查维护、探测分析和预警处理工作必不可少.当前,传统人工巡检模式已经不能适应现代工业发展要求,巡检机器人智能、灵活、全面和实时的特点为传统巡检模式革新提供了可行方案.该文从机器人本体设计、路径规划方法、导航定位模式与巡检数据处理分析4个方面综述了石油化工领域巡检机器人的研究现状,同时针对当前石化巡检机器人面临的技术局限,展望了未来的重点技术攻关方向.

Abstract

Large storage tanks are important facilities for ensuring oil reserves and national energy security.Due to the long-term service in harsh environment,storage tanks have a high risk of various safety hazards.To ensure the long-term safe operation of storage tanks,multi-directional,high-frequency,dynamic,digital inspections,detection analysis and early warnings are essen-tial.At present,traditional manual inspection modes can no longer meet the requirements of modern industrial development.In contrast,the intelligent,flexible,comprehensive and real-time inspection robots can provide feasible solutions for the innovation of traditional inspection modes.The paper summarizes the research status of inspection robots in petrochemical industry from four aspects of robot designing,path planning,navigation positioning and data processing.In response to the technological limitations faced by current petrochemical inspection robots,key technological research directions for the future have been discussed.
