在铝合金表面喷涂厚度分别为0 μm,30 μm,50 μm和67μm的氧化锆陶瓷层,并对不同厚度陶瓷层的耐腐蚀性能进行了研究,结果表明,铝合金表面热喷涂氧化锆层可以明显增加铝合金表面的耐腐蚀性能,但并非涂层越厚耐腐蚀性能越高.试验研究表明,在喷涂层厚度为30 μm时,为最佳的耐腐蚀喷涂厚度;此时其自腐蚀电流密度为1.34 × 10-10 A/cm2,自腐蚀电位为-0.651 V.
The influence of surface thermal spraying Zirconia on corrosion resistance performance of aluminum alloy
Zirconia ceramic layers were sprayed on the surface of aluminum alloy with thickness of 0 μm,30 μm,50 μm,and 67 μm respectively.The corrosion resistance of ceramic layers with different thicknesses was studied.The findings suggested that thermal spraying of zirconia layers on surface of aluminum alloy can significantly increase corrosion resistance of aluminum alloy surface.Nevertheless,corrosion resistance has nothing to do with coating thickness.Experimental studies showed that the optimal corrosion-resistant coating thickness is 30 μm while self-corrosion current density is 1.34 x 10-10 A/cm2 and self-corrosion resist-ance voltage is-0.651 V.
