摘要

通过周浸腐蚀试验,对比研究了普通桥梁钢Q345qD和耐候桥梁钢在模拟工业大气环境下的腐蚀行为.采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)分析了腐蚀锈层的截面形貌、成分和物相.结果表明:在模拟工业大气环境下耐候桥梁钢的腐蚀率较低,添加的Ni等合金元素促进了锈层物相由γ-FeOOH向α-FeOOH的转化,形成致密且稳定的内部结构,隔绝了外部S,Si,Mn等加剧钢材腐蚀元素的渗入,从而具有良好的耐工业大气腐蚀性能.

Abstract

Corrosion behaviors of ordinary steel Q345qD and weathering steel in bridges under simulated industrial atmospheric environment were compared and studied through alternate immersion tests.Cross-sectional morphology,composition and phase of the rust layer were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results showed that the corrosion rate of weathering steel in bridges was relatively low under simulated industrial atmospheric environment.The addi-tion of Ni and other alloy elements promoted the transformation of rust layer phase from γ-FeOOH to α-FeOOH,forming a dense and stable internal structure,isolating the infiltration of external S,Si,Mn and other corrosive elements that accelerated the corro-sion of steel,thus exhibiting good resistance to industrial atmospheric corrosion.
